How to size a liquid soap box

1. Measure the bottle height with the pump or cap in place, in the locked position.
2. Measure the widest point of the bottle.
3. Tell us if you want an insert, so we can allow room for it.

Design tips for liquid soap boxes

• Show the volume clearly: put the fluid ounces and milliliters on the front, for example “16 fl oz (473 mL)”.
• Match the bottle label: use the same colors and fonts as your bottle so the set looks complete.
• Add a window for color: a window shows a tinted soap or a clear bottle (see soap boxes with window).
• Use the side panels: directions, ingredients and warnings fit neatly on the sides.
• Think about the top: shoppers often see the top of a box first on a low shelf, so print your logo there too.

Glass or plastic bottles

Glass and amber bottles look premium but need more protection. For glass we suggest a thicker board and a fitted insert that holds the neck and base. We accept artwork in AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PSD format (300 DPI minimum). If you don’t have a design ready, our free in-house design team will create one for you based on your brand guidelines, logo, and color palette.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a 2D proof for approval within 24–48 hours. For window-cut soap boxes, we recommend confirming window placement against your bar soap’s dimensions before final approval.

Soap boxes are custom-sized to fit your bar dimensions — just provide the length, width, and height of your soap bar (or send a sample) and we’ll calculate the optimal box size.
