Why glass jar candles need the right box
Glass is heavy and it breaks. When a jar slides around inside a loose box, the edges hit the walls and the glass can chip or crack. A box that fits well, plus a simple insert, fixes most of that. Good candle jar boxes also:

How to measure your jar
- Measure the height of the jar with the lid on.
- Measure the widest part of the jar. For round jars, this is the diameter.
- If the jar has a wooden or domed lid, measure that too, since it is often wider than the glass.
- Tell us the weight of the full candle so we can pick the right board.
We add a small amount of room and send a free dieline. You can print it, fold it and test it with a real jar before we print anything.

We accept artwork in AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PSD format (300 DPI minimum). If you don’t have a design ready, our free in-house design team will create one for you based on your brand guidelines, logo, and color palette.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a 2D proof for approval within 24–48 hours. For window-cut soap boxes, we recommend confirming window placement against your bar soap’s dimensions before final approval.
Soap boxes are custom-sized to fit your bar dimensions — just provide the length, width, and height of your soap bar (or send a sample) and we’ll calculate the optimal box size.
